  • by Mary
  • Posted on November 26, 2020November 26, 2020

Until this year, I’ve never felt compelled to publicly share what I’m thankful for beyond the family table. Social media seems to have the pulse of everyone’s gratitude, and, as expected in the year 2020, people have a new viewpoint from which to see their blessings.

T-1 month to Kindergarten

  • by Mary
  • Posted on July 24, 2020July 24, 2020

We’ve opted for the in-person traditional classroom route for Kindergarten. Today was the deadline to decide. If that option holds true, I’m gearing up for a really weird, not at all what I pictured, first day of real school for my first-born child.

The guest room is ready for our first friend to visit! This weather day was spent cleaning and sprucing and preparing for hubs and friend to run 50 miles this weekend. Race support duty starts tomorrow 🏃
The kitchen got a deeeeeep clean yesterday and it felt so good.

Sadly, one had broken while shipping. I emailed after hours and asked for a replacement. That replacement arrived Tuesday with a hand written note 🙂 Little things go a long way.
